Brave Generation Academy started from a refusal: that there is one route through education, and everyone should walk it at the same pace, in the same room, at the same age.
Brave Generation Institute carries that into working life. The people we talk to now have careers underway. They have the same problem in a different form: the training on offer rarely fits the life they already have, and it tends to assume they are starting over.
So we do what BGA does. We start with the person, map a path, and stay with them while they walk it. No fixed routes, no one-size-fits-all training: just the guidance and tools to keep moving forward, at whatever stage your career is in.
